Established on June 9, 2013, Suzhou Intello CNC Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in advanced CNC machining centers. Our modern factory, located at Building A4, 99 Xunyangjiang Road, Suzhou New District, occupies an area of 5,600 square meters and is supported by a registered capital of 38 million RMB. With an annual production capacity of over 110 units, we are powered by a dedicated team of 45 employees, including 12 experienced R&D engineers.

For over a decade, we have been exclusively focused on the R&D, manufacturing, sales, and service of high-end 5-axis and 6-axis CNC machining centers, positioning ourselves as a one-stop solution provider. Our machines are extensively used for machining composite materials in the automotive, shipbuilding, new energy, and aerospace industries. We possess leading core technologies and rich practical experience in high-speed cutting (enabling complex curved surface finishing in a single setup), high-precision dynamic response (positioning accuracy <0.05mm, repeat positioning accuracy <0.03mm), and ultra-large, multi-axis machining centers for complex components, providing customers with comprehensive technical support.

Quality & Certifications

The company operates under a stringent integrated management system, certified to ISO9001 (Quality Management), ISO14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards. In a significant milestone, we formally signed a cooperation agreement with COMAC (Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China) in April 2021, facilitated by the Suzhou government, to collaborate comprehensively on machining composite materials including carbon fiber, honeycomb cores, and prepreg.

Our strong in-house R&D team possesses proprietary capabilities in key technologies such as 5-axis/6-axis simultaneous control, high-speed/high-precision machine tool design, and compensation algorithms for complex surface intelligent programming. To ensure stable and superior performance, core components including the CNC system, spindle, and grating scale are sourced from leading international suppliers. Our manufacturing process is supported by an advanced constant temperature/humidity assembly workshop and precision inspection instruments like laser interferometers, ballbars, and 3D scanners.
